Photojournalism
Photojournalism is the method of telling a story through photographs recording newsworthy events. Photojournalists are usually employed by magazines and newspapers as ether staff or contract. Their job is to capture the event either to tell a complete story in pictures or to go with words written by a journalist. Some famous magazines such as Paris Match, Life and National Geographic are (or have been) based around photojournalism. Most photographs in the the Age and Herald-Sun are taken by photojournalists.
